About me

I have over 10 years of coaching experience and 15 years as a spiritual accompanier, both within the NHS and in a variety of charitable contexts. I am particularly passionate about trauma recovery, leadership development, and climate coaching but clients come to me from all life stages and phases. I love to see clients find their inner purpose, reconnecting with the joy that can be found at the heart of their being.

My approach is naturally contemplative, acting as a guide as I journey alongside you, questioning and observing as you move towards your coaching goals. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, so my role as a coach is to support you in working out your own next solutions, possibilities, or attitude shifts because ultimately those are the ones that are transformational in helping you reach your goals.

Professional Credentials: As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) I am committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD). I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and am compliant with UK Data Protection Regulations. I receive regular supervision for the work I do as a coach. I am also an active member of Spiritual Directors International and the UK Spiritual Direction Forum. I have professional supervision for this work also.
