I am passionate about you reaching your unique potential, regardless of your journey in life so far. I work within several coaching specialisms:
Leadership Development Coaching
Leadership development is essential for any individual in a position of authority. I am passionate about nurturing healthy leaders who are confident to lead effectively, whatever their context. I have helped individuals in their leadership roles to lead with purpose, vision and clarity for over 10 years, and I am committed to providing a safe space for clients to discover their leadership potential.
Trauma Recovery Coaching
Dealing with trauma isn’t something anyone should have to go through alone. I offer a safe, accepting, and supportive environment, listening and guiding you as you come to terms with what you have been through. My aim is to help you live fully, joyfully and comfortably in who you are.
With over 10 years experience of working in a major trauma centre in the UK, I deeply understand the physical, psychological, and emotional impacts that trauma can have. Through trauma recovery coaching, my commitment is to journey alongside you, guiding and listening so that you can better heal and grow from the damage of the past.
Climate Coaching
When so many feel overwhelmed by the climate crisis we are in, Climate Coaching can support you in taking a lead on the one thing you can do, whether that is within work or elsewhere.
As a keen citizen scientist linked with my local Wildlife Trust, RSPB, BTO, and the local lead for Caring for God’s Acre project which supports biodiversity in our churchyards, I am committed to helping us be better ancestors.
‘Walk n Talk’ telephone coaching sessions can be particularly helpful as nature is invited as a valid 3rd party to the conversation. If this is something you care about then book your taster session here.
Spiritual Coaching
We are all on a journey in life, searching for joy, freedom, connection and meaning. Spiritual coaching helps you to explore your own sense of meaning and purpose recognising that these are not static: they can change as you grow and develop. Rather than solely exploring behaviours, habits, and goals, spiritual coaches provide a safe space where you can explore your questions of meaning and purpose so that you may live and work from your deepest sense of self.
As an ordained Anglican priest, with over 15 years of experience in this area, I can walk with people of all faiths and none, listening and supporting you as you (re)connect with a new/deeper meaning and purpose in your life.
